Hans Kirchner
Co-Founder & Teacher
On paper, I had it all—a leadership role in a fast-growing startup that would go on to become a unicorn. I led engineering teams, built systems, and thrived under pressure. But underneath, something felt off.
After a powerful meditation experience, I left it all behind and went to spend a year in monastery in India. I got the change to immerse myself practices like meditation and breathing techniques and spent more than 10 weeks in total silence and solitute, meditating up to 13 hours a day. That journey reshaped my entire inner world.
These days, I help growth-driven individuals break free from inner tension, perfectionism, and burnout so they can reconnect with peace, presence, and purpose. In my free time, I still love climbing, surfing, and dancing Bachata!

I used to chase success with everything I had—first through a career in finance, always aiming higher. But under the surface, something felt off.
Practicing MMA gave me discipline and an outlet for my energy. Yet eventually, that drive led me somewhere I never expected: a monastery in India, where I spent three years diving deep into yoga and meditation. It changed my life from the inside out.
These days, I support growth-driven individuals in finding real clarity and fulfillment—not just on paper, but in how they feel. Catching waves reminds me to stay present. I love learning, connecting, and co-creating powerful inner shifts.
Together with Hans, I founded a school for classical yoga to bring authentic ancient tools to west, which have seemingly been lost.
